Day Nanny covers your child's waking hours so you can focus on work without worrying about routine. Your Maasi handles meals, naps, screen-free play, and learning activities on a consistent daily schedule, with the same caregiver every day.

A Day Nanny provides childcare during the day. Depending on your child's age and needs, this can include feeding, bathing, diapering, dressing, play, sleep routines, hygiene and other everyday childcare responsibilities.

Yes. Day Nannies can care for infants where their experience and capabilities match your child's needs. Tell us about your baby's routine and the kind of support you need so we can look for the right experience.

Yes. Preparing food for the child can be part of the childcare role. General cooking for the entire household is outside the standard childcare role.

Yes. Depending on your child's age and requirements, this can include getting the child ready, preparing belongings, helping with routines and supporting school-related activities.

The caregiver's role is focused on childcare. General household work such as cleaning the entire home, cooking for adults or doing adult laundry is outside the standard childcare role. Keeping this boundary clear helps the caregiver focus on your child.

Please speak to Maasi before changing the caregiver's working hours or responsibilities. We can understand what has changed and help you explore the available options, including additional or Instant Nanny support where available.

You start by sharing your childcare requirement with us and paying a small registration fee. The registration fee is refundable as per Maasi's refund policy if you do not hire a nanny. Once you speak to your caregiver and are happy to go ahead, you confirm your Maasi subscription. You then pay the applicable subscription fee and the caregiver's monthly service fee going forward. Maasi collects and disburses the caregiver's monthly fee on your behalf, so you do not need to pay the caregiver separately.
