You start by sharing your childcare requirement with us and paying a small registration fee. The registration fee is refundable as per Maasi's refund policy if you do not hire a nanny. Once you speak to your Governess and are happy to go ahead, you confirm your Maasi subscription. You then pay the applicable subscription fee and caregiver's monthly service fee going forward. Maasi collects and disburses the caregiver's monthly fee on your behalf.
