Where we come from
This company started in a Montessori school. Literally.
We’re an infant ourselves, learning to care for the world.
The three of us, Aashu, Gargi and Reshov, grew up in families that ran schools, among other people’s children and the teachers and caregivers who looked after them as their own.
Our careers took us elsewhere. Aashu was Chief of Staff at Xoxoday, where he built retention programmes for frontline workers. Gargi and Reshov built some of India’s best-loved games, Gargi at MPL and Gameskraft and Reshov at Gameskraft.
Then we started a community for parents, and it grew to more than 8,000 families. It always ended in the same place:
Where do I find a nanny I can trust?
We held back, until one of our closest friends gave up her career because she couldn’t find anyone. Every parent who can’t find care is a career on hold, and a country that’s poorer for it.
So we came home to what we know best, and set out to build the caregiver of the world.
Maasi is that conviction, built into a company.

Gargi Pandey

Consumer operations leader from Cars24, MPL, and Gameskraft. Runs schools of her own — and runs Maasi's parent experience and caregiver community with the same standard: would I accept this for my own family?

Reshov Roy

What we believe
We’re a caregiver company that happens to serve parents.

Caregivers stay when they're valued
Fair pay, real training, career paths, and a team that picks up when they call. Our caregivers stay far longer than the industry norm — which means your child isn't meeting a stranger every few months.
Trust is built, not listed
Background verification, structured childcare training, and ongoing supervision on every placement. We stand behind every caregiver we place, because we chose her, trained her, and back her.

Childcare is skilled work
A newborn specialist, a toddler nanny, and a governess are different professions. We train and match for the exact age and stage of your child — not "someone available near you."

Caregivers join because another caregiver recommended us
That last number is the one we’re proudest of. Caregivers don’t refer their friends to places that treat them badly.
