24hrs Nanny is live-in care for families who need a caregiver at any hour — nights, early mornings, or unpredictable schedules. Your Maasi stays on-site, covering feeding, sleep routines, and overnight wake-ups so at least one parent always gets real rest.

Yes. A 24×7 Nanny stays in the family's home as part of the live-in arrangement.
The family should be able to provide suitable private accommodation, food and a safe living environment for the caregiver.
Yes.
Living in your home does not mean being on duty continuously. The caregiver has defined rest periods during the day, adequate sleep at night and regular personal time off.
Yes. Night-time childcare can be part of the engagement, particularly when your child wakes up or needs support.
The routine should allow the caregiver to get sufficient rest.
Yes, where the caregiver's experience and your family's requirements make the arrangement suitable.
Tell us about each child's age and routine when you share your requirement.
Yes, if the caregiver voluntarily agrees to travel.
The family is responsible for reasonable travel, accommodation and food expenses during the trip.
You start by sharing your childcare requirement with us and paying a small registration fee. The registration fee is refundable as per Maasi's refund policy if you do not hire a nanny.
Once you speak to your caregiver and are comfortable going ahead, you confirm your Maasi subscription. You then pay the applicable subscription fee and the caregiver's monthly service fee going forward.
Maasi collects and disburses the caregiver's monthly fee on your behalf.
